Not sure if the nerves are settled down or just settled into being frayed, but either way things are feeling pleasantly defragged. Had a great time at the monastery. I got to participate in a <a href="http://www.villagezendo.org/sections/glossary.htm#shusohossen" rel="nofollow">Shuso Hossen</a>, which was an amazing thing to witnes.
