I came across this quote on tumblr and the &quot;grinding grinding grinding away at yourself&quot; part really spoke to me, particularly in how it was held up as an obstacle to &quot;just doing it&quot;.  So often I find that when I think I am &quot;just doing it&quot; I&#039;m really grinding away at myself instead.

I will have to take the time to digest that link.  Looks like some really good stuff.</description>
