I came across this quote on tumblr and the "grinding grinding grinding away at yourself" part really spoke to me, particularly in how it was held up as an obstacle to "just doing it". So often I find that when I think I am "just doing it" I'm really grinding away at myself instead. I will have to take the time to digest that link. Looks like some really good stuff.
