- Bhagavad Gita on Renunciation -
Better indeed is knowledge than mechanical practice.
Better still is meditation.
But better than meditation is renunciation of the desire for the fruit of action),
For, there follows immediate peace.




1) Just doing it
2) Being aware of what you’re doing
3) Being aware of what you’re doing while you’re doing it
4) Being aware of what you’re doing while you’re doing it, and being aware of the results of what you’re doing.
(being aware of the actual results as they happen, not trying to know them before they happen)
